ABOUT THE BRIDGE
The Bridge is the outreach ministry of Trailhead Church. We named this ministry “The Bridge” because it reflects the mission behind our outreach efforts, which is “to support growth by bridging church and community through service with love.”
In our vision, we see a Church who is equipped to carry out the great commission in our community by meeting needs, building relationships, and restoring lives in Christ Jesus. To accomplish that vision, we serve our community through various service projects throughout the year and by operating a food pantry on site at Trailhead Church in partnership with Southern Alamance Family Empowerment (SAFE) who operates another location on NC Hwy 87 in Graham. You can find more information about the food pantry or about The Bridge’s upcoming service projects below.
SAFE AT THE BRIDGE FOOD PANTRY
If you are in need of food we would love to serve you. Our food pantry is a “choice pantry” where you get to come inside and pick the foods that you need. Here are the details of how and when food is available for pickup at SAFE at The Bridge.
Location: Trailhead Church, 615 W Harden St., Graham, NC 27253 (follow the black and white signs in the parking lot)
Hours: Every Thursday from 4-6pm (appointments are required)
Requirements:
– Schedule your visit at the link below or with a volunteer at your previous visit.
– You may visit a SAFE location (either SAFE at The Bridge or SAFE on NC Hwy 87) once every two weeks.
– Please bring the following items with you to every visit: 1. Your Second Harvest card; 2. Your “SAFE Next Visit” card
