If this will be your child’s first time at Trailhead, you can use this form to pre-register them for Trail Kids, our ministry for children, including babies through fifth grade. Start with your (the parents) information on the top profile section. Then enter the child’s information at the bottom. We’ll get your family’s info into our system, so checking your kids in on Sunday will be a breeze.*

*(Please note that if you're completing this form after 5pm on Saturday evening, our staff may not be able to get your information entered into our system before Sunday morning, but our friendly checkin attendants can still easily take care of you!)
