This year Trailhead will be donating Thanksgiving dinners to 100 families in need! These are families that were hand-picked by a social worker from South Graham Elementary school, and they simply would not have a Thanksgiving dinner without your support.\r\n\r\nHelp us show what Love Can do by signing up to donate a basket, purchase a turkey, or make a general donation.
