Pastor Anna’s Scriptures and Confessions
Training is worth it!!! Stay steady. Battle and retrieve! The battle is the Lord’s – victory is ours!
Immediately, take spiritual authority in the mighty name of Jesus over every attack of the enemy. Do not give Satan a foot-hold in your home.
What Produces Fear Is A Lie From the Enemy! Replace that fear-filled lie with a faith-filled truth! Speak God’s Word over your children.

God is Holy. My children live in holiness as God has called them to live in holiness.
My children will not fear evil because they are full of the spirit. They know their spiritual authority in Christ Jesus.
My children know their Heavenly Father and they hear and obey His voice.
My children run toward their God given calling.
My children desire to know God. They want more of God and less of themselves.
My children love God more than they love the things of this world.
My children prophecy the Word of God.
My children are covered by the blood of Jesus and protected from any and all schemes of the enemy.
My children honor and obey Joshua and I and they daily choose life and blessings.
My children are givers. They love to give to God and to others.
My children are receivers of every good gift that God has for them.

Godly Confessions for Me as a Parent
God’s Grace fills in where I miss it.
God’s mercies are new every day for me. I operate in God’s love and I choose to receive His mercy for every area of my life.
God’s strength is my strength.
I am loved by God. I am called by God. I am chosen by God.
I am well balanced in my mind and my emotions because Jesus is Lord over me – spirit, soul and body.
The Holy Spirit speaks to me concerning the hidden things and things to come for my children.
I refuse to parent in suspicion or fear. I rebuke every stronghold from Satan and I choose to replace those lies with the truth of God’s Word.
I have the joy of the Lord in parenting and the joy of the Lord is my strength.
I choose to rejoice in the Lord during all seasons of parenting. Praising God is a weapon and I intend to use it!
I am called as a minister of reconciliation. I show my children God’s love and forgiveness on a daily basis.
I am renewed in my vision to discipline my children. God disciplines those whom He loves and I choose to follow His Word and leading.
I will not discipline in anger or strife. I will train my children and teach them correction through God’s Word.
Jesus is #1 in our family. Period.
Personal Prayer
I thank You Lord for fully equipping me through the Word of God and the Holy Spirit to training my children in the way they should go. Holy Spirit, guide me into all truth and reveal the hidden things. Help us to train our children in the love of Christ. Help us to be aware of when we are missing it. Help us to raise Godly, Christ-centered children that are fully surrendered to the plan of God. We will not grow weary. We will not give up. We will discipline consistently and in Your mercy and grace. My children will not depart from the will of God. They are full of Holy Ghost boldness and are excited about the things of God. My children are disciples taught of Christ and obedient to His will. Great is their peace and undisturbed composure. Help us to cultivate their God-given gifts. I ask for creative wisdom and understanding toward their individual needs. I ask for guidance for today and I thank You for helping us every step of the way.
Scripture to Meditate on and Pray Over Our Children
Proverbs 4:18 AMPC
18 But the path of the [uncompromisingly] just and righteous is like the light of dawn, that shines more and more (brighter and clearer) until [it reaches its full strength and glory in] the perfect day [to be prepared].
Proverbs 22:6 AMP
Train up a child in the way he should go [teaching him to seek God’s wisdom and will for his abilities and talents],
Even when he is old he will not depart from it.
Proverbs 23:13-15 NLT
13 Don’t fail to discipline your children. The rod of punishment won’t kill them.
14 Physical discipline may well save them from death.
15 My child, if your heart is wise, my own heart will rejoice!
Colossians 1:9-12 NLT
9 So we have not stopped praying for you since we first heard about you. We ask God to give you complete knowledge of his will and to give you spiritual wisdom and understanding. 10 Then the way you live will always honor and please the Lord, and your lives will produce every kind of good fruit. All the while, you will grow as you learn to know God better and better. 11 We also pray that you will be strengthened with all his glorious power so you will have all the endurance and patience you need. May you be filled with joy, 12 always thanking the Father. He has enabled you to share in the inheritance that belongs to his people, who live in the light.
Ephesians 1:14-20 NLT
14 The Spirit is God’s guarantee that he will give us the inheritance he promised and that he has purchased us to be his own people. He did this so we would praise and glorify him.
Paul’s Prayer for Spiritual Wisdom
15 Ever since I first heard of your strong faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for God’s people everywhere, 16 I have not stopped thanking God for you. I pray for you constantly, 17 asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom[b] and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God. 18 I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance. 19 I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God’s power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power 20 that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God’s right hand in the heavenly realms. 21 Now he is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else—not only in this world but also in the world to come. 22 God has put all things under the authority of Christ and has made him head over all things for the benefit of the church. 23 And the church is his body; it is made full and complete by Christ, who fills all things everywhere with himself.
Ephesians 3:14-20 NLT
Paul’s Prayer for Spiritual Growth
14 When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, 15 the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. 16 I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. 17 Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. 18 And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. 19 May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. 20 Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. 21 Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen.
1 Peter 5:5-6 NLT
5 In the same way, you who are younger must accept the authority of the elders. And all of you, dress yourselves in humility as you relate to one another, for “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.”
6 So humble yourselves under the mighty power of God, and at the right time he will lift you up in honor.
Isaiah 54:13 AMPC
13 And all your [spiritual] children shall be disciples [taught by the Lord and obedient to His will], and great shall be the peace and undisturbed composure of your children.
Ephesians 6:1-3 AMP
Family Relationships
6 Children, obey your parents in the Lord [that is, accept their guidance and discipline as His representatives], for this is right [for obedience teaches wisdom and self-discipline]. 2 Honor [esteem, value as precious] your father and your mother [and be respectful to them]—this is the first commandment with a promise— 3 so that it may be well with you, and that you may have a long life on the earth.
Colossians 3:20 NIV
20 Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord.
Luke 2:52 NIV
52 And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man.
2 Timothy 1:7 NIV
7 For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.
Psalm 112 – My Blessed Position in Righteousness
1 Praise the Lord. Blessed are those who fear the Lord, who find great delight in his commands.
2 Their children will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed.
3 Wealth and riches are in their houses, and their righteousness endures forever.
4 Even in darkness light dawns for the upright, for those who are gracious and compassionate and righteous.
5 Good will come to those who are generous and lend freely, who conduct their affairs with justice.
6 Surely the righteous will never be shaken; they will be remembered forever.
7 They will have no fear of bad news; their hearts are steadfast, trusting in the Lord.
8 Their hearts are secure, they will have no fear; in the end they will look in triumph on their foes.
9 They have freely scattered their gifts to the poor, their righteousness endures forever; their horn will be lifted high in honor.
10 The wicked will see and be vexed, they will gnash their teeth and waste away; the longings of the wicked will come to nothing.
